Data Privacy Statement

This statement explains how Weblink Technologies LLC ("Weblink", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through weblinktechs.com. Weblink is responsible for that information.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, work email, company, the topic you choose and your message. With each submission we also record the date, your browser type and the country your request came from, as reported by our hosting provider, to protect the form from spam and abuse. If you email us, we receive your email address and message.

We don't ask for sensitive personal information, such as health, financial or government ID details. Please don't include it in a message.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and discuss the services you asked about.
• To deliver those services if we work together, and to keep our business records.
• To keep the site and its forms secure.

We don't use your information for automated decision-making or profiling. If you are in the EEA or the UK, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, on steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, and on your consent where we ask for it.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers that process information only on our instructions:

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and secures this site and stores form submissions.
• Microsoft provides our business email (Microsoft 365).
• An email delivery provider forwards new form submissions to our team.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We don't sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Where it is stored

We are based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed there. Cloudflare's network operates worldwide. If you contact us from outside the US, your information is transferred to the US.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to respond to you and, if we work together, for the engagement and our business records. We delete inquiries that don't lead to an engagement within 24 months.

How we protect it

The site is served only over HTTPS, and access to submissions is limited to the people who handle them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, correct and delete the personal information we hold about you, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

This site is meant for business visitors and is not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this statement, we will update the date at the top of this page.
